Blog Commenting

Hey there ...for those that haven't heard of Blog Commenting here it is.

Blog Commenting is a great, quick and easy way to build links to your site. Not only that it's totally FREE!

How it works is:

1) You find a Blog that is relevant in some way to your market

2) Read the post and then comment with worthwhile content.

It really is that simple and can build you loads of links.

But a word of warning ...the comment you post has to be approved by the Blog owner. So whether your post gets approved is pretty much down to them.

For example when you enter your name ...this is where we'd like to enter / or incorporate our chosen keyword phrase. Unfortunately this is not always possible due to the Blog owner not having the same agenda as us ...that's just how it is. But over time you'll find out which Blog owners don't mind. Plus even if we can't get a link with our keyword phrase, it's still worth getting that link for just our URL ...as they all count :-)

So lets take a look at Blog commenting

Comment Posting Advice

  •  Make each post unique. Do not post the same content accross several blogs on the same topic. Blog owners within the same market are likely to read each others blogs and maybe know each other ...What they see as SPAM posts are easily identified and are quickly deleted!

  • Use the URL field for your link as this is the safest place to avoid deletion

  • Where possible enter of incorporate your keyword phrase into the name field.

  • Do not sign your blog comment after your post ...you have already done this in the name field

  • Do not leave short comments like "nice post" or "I agree"

  • Always leave intelligent constructive feedback

  • Write in plain English and check your spelling

  • Don't come across as a "know-it-all". If you disagree with what the Blog Owner has posted or other peoples comments then express your opinion in a polite manner.

  • You can comment on both Do-Follow and No-Follow blogs. You still get traffic from both but the Do-follow entries count towards your search engine ranking. However the highly ranked No-follow blogs can still bring you heaps of traffic to their position in the search engines!
